THE RIGHT GUY BY LIZ LOVELOCK

The Right Guy by Liz Lovelock

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I love it when I am right about a series and I said in my first review Monday Night Guy that I thought the ‘Right Guy’ series would get better and better and I was right. Charity and Jases story is the most emotional of the series; their story isn’t easy but I loved Jase’s determination to be what Charity needs as she finds her way. Just Brilliant.

Each story is a standalone but would recommend you read them all as each couple appear in all books and it’s great to catch up although the stories really only happen a few months apart.

I am pleased that Jase got his story you could tell by the last book My Forbidden Guy that he had a sweet nature under all that quarter back swagger.

Charity is back in the small town she never thought she would see again – torn away from her mother 10 years ago at 10 by a controlling father she never thought she would see her mom or her best friend Jase again. Now her father is dad she is free to return home. The minute Jase see’s Charity he is blown away never forgetting the girl who took his heart with her when she left all those years ago.

Charity is a broken soul – on the outside she tries to make everyone believe everything is ok but inside she is struggling she wants to open up to her mom and Jase but everyone time she tries something holds her back.

Jase and Charity’s story is really bumpy – they take one step forward and two steps back. But Jase knows what he wants and isn’t backing away from Charity this time and will do what he can to help her get through the darkness and realise that the past can stay in the past.
